Four young people from Cardiff's Youth Services will take part in a live gaming fundraiser for BBC Children in Need.
Supported by Cardiff's Youth Service, Lee, Sam, Owen and James travelled to Bangor earlier this month to compete in Hado, an augmented reality sport competition, and have been placed in topposition across eight tournaments that ran across the UK.
They will now appear on the "Game On" programme which will be broadcast live on November 10thand aims to unitegamers up and down the country to help raise money for BBC Children in Need.
The show, made by BBC Studios Entertainment and Music and commissioned by the BBC, will broadcast on BBC Three and BBC iPlayer at 7pm and featurea host of celebrities, content creators, influencers, gamers and members of the public who will challenge one another in a two-hour spectacle.
Members of the public will have the chance to compete in the epic live show by playing three iconic games through the BBC Children in Need Sim Rig Tour, BBC Children in Need's Just Dance for Pudsey and the Hado Tournament for BBC Children in Need.
Commenting on the good news, Owen said: "I love Hado I feel more alive when I play it because I'm taking part in exercise, I am new to Hado but I would definitely encourage others to take have a go because it's a good work out and it's fun.
"I am really looking forward to the final that will be live on telly please tune in and watch us!"
Cabinet Member for Tackling Poverty and Supporting Young People, Cllr Peter Bradbury said: "Cardiff Youth Services continue to deliver a wide range of opportunities and experiences to the city's young people, nurturing and supporting their interests and enabling children and young people to take part in activities that they enjoy.
"Taking part in a live gaming broadcast which supports such a good cause is a fantastic achievement and I wish the group the very best of luck for the competition."

Bydd pedwar person ifanc o Wasanaethau Ieuenctid Caerdydd yn cymryd rhan mewn ymgyrch codi arian gemau byw ar gyfer BBC Plant Mewn Angen.
Gyda chefnogaeth Gwasanaeth Ieuenctid Caerdydd, teithiodd Lee, Sam, Owen a James i Fangor yn gynharach y mis hwn i gystadlu yn Hado, cystadleuaeth chwaraeon realiti estynedig, ac maent wedi cael eu rhoi yn y safle uchaf ar draws wyth twrnamaint a gynhaliwyd ledled gwledydd Prydain.
Byddant nawr yn ymddangos ar y rhaglen "Game On" a gaiff ei darlledu'n fyw ar 10 Tachwedd gyda'r nod o unochwaraewyr gemau ar hyd a lled y wlad er mwyn helpu i godi arian ar gyfer BBC Plant Mewn Angen.
Bydd y sioe, a wnaed gan BBC Studios Entertainment and Music a'i chomisiynu gan y BBC, yn cael ei darlledu ar BBC Three a BBC iPlayer am 7pm ac arni byddllu o enwogion, crewyr cynnwys, dylanwadwyr, chwaraewyr gemau ac aelodau o'r cyhoedd a fydd yn herio ei gilydd mewn sioe ddwy awr.
Bydd aelodau'r cyhoedd yn cael cyfle i gystadlu yn y sioe fyw epig trwy chwarae tair gêm eiconig trwy Daith Sim Rig BBC Plant Mewn Angen, Just Dance for Pudsey BBC Plant Mewn Angen a Thwrnamaint Hado ar gyfer BBC Plant Mewn Angen.
Wrth sôn am y newyddion da, dwedodd Owen: "Dwi'n caru Hado dwi'n teimlo'n fwy byw pan dwi'n ei chwarae achos dwi'n cymryd rhan mewn ymarfer corff, dwi'n newydd i Hado ond byddwn i'n bendant yn annog eraill i roi cynnig arni achos mae'n ymarfer corff da ac mae'n hwyl.
"Rwy'n edrych ymlaen yn fawr at y rownd derfynol fydd yn fyw ar y teledu felly cofiwch diwnio i mewn a'n gwylio ni!"
Dwedodd y Cynghorydd Peter Bradbury, yr Aelod Cabinet dros Drechu Tlodi a Chefnogi Pobl Ifanc: "Mae Gwasanaethau Ieuenctid Caerdydd yn parhau i ddarparu ystod eang o gyfleoedd a phrofiadau i bobl ifanc y ddinas, gan feithrin a chefnogi eu diddordebau a galluogi plant a phobl ifanc i gymryd rhan mewn gweithgareddau y maent yn eu mwynhau.
"Mae cymryd rhan mewn darllediad chwarae gemau byw sy'n cefnogi achos mor dda yn gamp wych ac rwy'n dymuno pob lwc i'r grŵp ar gyfer y gystadleuaeth."
