21/02/23 - Fly-tipper ordered to pay just over £1,500 at Cardiff Magistrates' Court

Nazir Ahmed, from Albany Road, Cardiff was ordered to pay just over £1,500 at Cardiff Magistrates' Court last Wednesday (February 15th) for fly tipping waste in East Bay Close in Butetown.
