26/07/21 - Live and unlocked: Four nights of live music at Cardiff Castle to support grassroots venues             

Four nights of live music, curated by Cardiff's grassroots music venues, will take place at Cardiff Castle over the August bank holiday weekend, as part of a Cardiff Council plan developed with Cardiff Music Board, to support live music and put culture at the heart of the city's recovery from Covid-19.

28/07/21 - Report pinpoints work done to support Cardiff during COVID

More than 40 million items of PPE delivered across Cardiff, and 2,295 food packages delivered to people shielding from COVID-19 in the city, are just some of the incredible Social Services numbers which have been revealed in a report to Cardiff Council.

28/07/21 - Tudor Street will become one-way from August 2nd

To ensure that a multi-million pound transport and regeneration scheme in Tudor Street can be completed on-time and on-budget, the street will be made one-way for 11 months to ensure that vital street works can take place. The council's contractor - Knights Brown - is already on-site and has visited shops and businesses on and around Tudor Street to tell them about the temporary arrangements to ensure that excavation works take place on-street to deliver the improvements.

30/07/21 - #PositiveFuturesCDF - Tyler, 16, riding high thanks to Cardiff Youth Service

Cardiff Youth Service, part of our Education department, works with young people aged 11-25 to develop their personal, social and educational development through a variety of opportunities.During the pandemic, they have continued to offer some of their services at a time when young people needed them the most.
