Cases per 100,000 population: 293.8 (Wales: 306.1 cases per 100,000 population)

Testing episodes: 6,035

Testing per 100,000 population: 1,644.8

Positive proportion: 17.9% (Wales: 17.2% positive proportion)

This map presents COVID-19 in the same way as we organise our primary and community care services, in six neighbourhood clusters in Cardiff.

We use these clusters because they best reflect areas within which people are most likely to live, work and shop. This means you can get the best idea of the current rate of new COVID-19 infections in your area.

 

Cardiff & Vale University Health Board Vaccination Status Update - 18th January 2021

The total number of vaccination doses given by the Cardiff & Vale University Health Board so far is 24,692

Priority Groups:

Care home staff: 1,889

Care home residents: 595

80 years and over: 2,756

Healthcare staff: 13,818

Social Care staff: 2,875
