The new location will mean those attending the
event should allow an additional 15 or 20 minutes to get to the venue if they
are walking from the city centre.
Bute Park will close to the public at 3.00pm on
Saturday November 4th, an hour earlier than usual. It will open at
the usual time on Sunday November 5th.
Gates will open to ticket holders on Saturday at
4.30pm, the children’s display will start at 5.45pm and the main display starts
at 7.00pm.
The entrance and exit to the event will be via the
Millennium Bridge from Sophia Gardens or the Bute Park vehicle access bridge,
which is located opposite Corbett Road off North Road. An interactive visitor

Queuing systems, ticket and bag checks will be in
operation at both entrances to the park.
