Cardiff & Vale University Health Board Vaccination Status Update - 8 February

The total number of vaccination doses given by the Cardiff & Vale University Health Board so far, in both local authority areas:  84,259.

 

Priority Groups:

Care home staff: 4,342

Care home residents: 1,777

80 years and over: 17,588

Healthcare staff: 21,893

Social Care staff: 7,392

75-79: 9,865

70-74: 9,852

Extremely clinically vulnerable: 6,302

Other groups within JCVI priority groups (e.g. 65-69): 5,248

Lamby Way Recycling Centre closed for building works this coming weekend

Lamby Way Recycling centre will be closed on the following days for building works:

 

️ Saturday 13th February

️ Sunday 14th February

 

You won't be able to book an appointment for these days but we have increased slot availability at Bessemer Close.

You should only go to your local recycling centre if it is essential and you cannot safely store your waste and recycling at home.
